Danielle Craig talks to Phillip Mountrose, a holistic coach who focuses on helping people transform their lives.
Phillip runs the non-profit organization Awakenings Institute and has authored more than a dozen books and manuals on self-development. His most recent book, he wrote with his wife is called The Ultimate Paradigm Shift: A Guidebook for Creating the Life You Were Born to Live.
We talked about some of the tools Phillip teaches, including EFT tapping. In fact, he’ll talk you through how to do tapping and how he says it can actually help everything from fear and anxiety to back pain. We also talk about affirmations, dealing with stress and the one question to ask yourself to determine your purpose.
