My guest today is Doug Turner. Doug is an independent coach and career counselor. He’s held several positions in HR and has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology.
I loved learning about positive psychology during this conversation. We talked about what we can do to take our happiness in our own hands, the five things we need to increase our wellbeing, how to find meaning in our lives… and so much more.
One of my favorite parts of this episode is that Doug gives us two things we can do TODAY to improve our wellbeing IMMEDIATELY.
