"Learning to love who you are and being able to see yourself seperate from the things that you struggle with. Even though you're struggling with them, they don't define who you are." - Cassidy Sanchez

Today, we are talking about Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety. As many of you know, I was diagnosed with OCD in college. It was really great to have Cassidy Sanchez on the show to talk about her recent diagnosis.

Cassidy is an Instagram influencer and mental health advocate behind the page @LoveCassCo. She's gained a following as she shares vulnerable and true elements of having OCD and anxiety.

In this conversation we talk about:

- The relief of getting a diagnosis
- Tools to deal with intrusive thoughts
- Breaking generational stigmas
- The impact of showing people they are not alone

Even if you don't have OCD or anxiety, I think you'll learn a lot in this episode about your thoughts, overcoming thoughts and dealing with intrusive thoughts.
