In this world we’ve been taught we need to BE someone to be important. Maybe a little bit taught, but also a little built in.

Have you heard about the ego? The ego is the part of us that tells us we need to be someone, do something and have something to matter. The ego tells us “YOU matter when you accomplish. YOU matter when you own expensive stuff. YOU matter when you have a fancy title.”

This is one of the reasons we cling so tightly to our identities.

But placing our identity - or worth - in something is risky because when it fails us - we can feel empty and worthless. We can question who we are and where we belong.

In this episode, Danielle talks about how our worth is not attached to our identity. She says we are worthy, not because of our achievements, titles or belongings - but because of our innate worth.

Plus, hear about how our identities hold us back. How to re-write the story you've been telling yourself since you were a child.
